I'm Maeve — a product designer, creative technologist, and DJ based in London.

Six years designing complex digital products across fintech, health, and energy. From rebuilding accessibility foundations for national infrastructure to shaping the emotionally sensitive journeys millions of people use on the NHS App. Accessibility has been the thread running through all of it, not as a compliance exercise, but as a design standard I hold everything to.

In 2025 I started Maed, a small studio where I design and build accessible products for startups and product teams in fintech, health, and AI. Some projects I design. Some I build. Some I do both. I work increasingly at the intersection of AI and product design, using Cursor, Framer, and custom code to move faster without cutting corners.

When I'm not in Figma I'm behind the decks playing Afrohouse. Designing systems and reading a dancefloor aren't as different as they sound. Both are about energy, structure, and knowing when to strip it back.
